Over The last four decades, I’ve had the pleasure of working with some amazing people, listening to their needs and desires for housing & adapting to their changing lifestyles. In 1977, I established Mobile Home Network Inc., a fully licensed Manufactured Home/Mobile Home Dealer with the Department of Housing & Community Development (Lic # 3815) for both resales, new and commercial units, in manufactured housing communities, parks, on land, and permanent foundations. I became acquainted with the building, manufacturing, transporting, relocating and set up of these homes to include financing for both types of properties, fee simple or in park settings. In 1990, I saw a need to obtain my Real Estate License with the California Department of Real Estate (Lic#01070166) as an Agent to better serve the public in their transitions. Taking it another step forward in the early 1990’s, I obtained my license with the California Department of Insurance as a Fire & Casualty Agent with Foremost Insurance (Lic# 0672633), primarily specializing in manufactured housing. Rounding out my services, I am currently a Licensed Notary Public with the State of California, previously working as a Loan Doc Signing Agent. Today I am privileged to work with an outstanding company, Realty ONE Group Roads, who places people first. It was a natural fit for me as I needed their tremendous expertise in social networking, teaching, training & attention to details.
